Abigail is an English illustrator based in Copenhagen, where she lives with her husband and her small but opinionated studio assistant—a Miniature Schnauzer named Pip.

She creates character-led illustrations full of humour, heart and bright, bold colour. Her work centres around funny and lovable animal characters, bringing warmth, personality and strong storytelling to every project. She illustrates for both publishing and licensing, and her illustrations have featured in books and on products for clients including Usborne Books, Auzou, Target and many more!

When not drawing, she’s most likely reading, cooking, eating olives, dipping her toes in the Baltic sea, or travelling with a sketchbook in tow. She’s endlessly inspired by the quirks of animals, the joy of storytelling, and the magic found in everyday moments.
